Chris Bailward has set off on his challenge to cycle 2016 miles back and forth across England visiting every single administrative County Town.
He left Carlisle on Thursday morning and cycled along Hadrian’s Wall to Newcastle via Morpeth, eating and drinking well and cheaply, but picking up a knee injury en route.
