Parking enforcement in Wincanton has been taken over by South Somerset District Council, who have contracted a company called NSL to issue penalty notices to illegal parkers. It’s £70 for parking on a double yellow line, or £50 for a lower level offence, like overstaying in a parking bay. NSL have been seen on the streets, so be careful!
