String Whistle, the popular folk/jazz group are performing at the Half Moon this Saturday night, 21 April. Their repertoire ranges from Irish jigs to ethereal Enya-like airs, from Highland and Island laments to a quaint Elizabethan Pavane, from Bob Dylan to blues from the “deep south”.
String Whistle will be well known to many village residents for their highly entertaining concerts at the village hall. Now they move to the move convivial atmosphere of the pub, so you can listen and enjoy a drink at the same time.
