It\u2019s the latest fabulous cheese from Marcus Fergusson and Penny Nagle at Feltham\u2019s Farm, Horsington. Gert Lush is an original bloomy white-rinded organic cheese. Its \u00a0a soft creamy cheese which has a delicious aroma and taste. The blog predicts it will be a real best seller. Gert from Middle English, girt, or gert, meaning \u201cgreat\u201d, and \u201clush\u201d meaning good, lovely or attractive when used as an adjective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bloomy white-rinded cheeses are covered with a white, downy rind, often a mix of\u00a0 benign natural moulds and fungi. They include cheeses such as camembert and brie \u2013 although, according to Penny Nagle, \u00a0Gert Lush is neither.
