Thanks Steve.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dear Editor,<br \/>\n<strong><u>A few suggestions on how to raise the money<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0A one off precept (ring-fenced) on the Parish community charge, which would by my rough calculation cost each household between \u00a315\u00a0 to \u00a340 per year<\/li>\n<li>Everyone who donates (say \u00a310 or over) gets a certificate allowing then the right to sail a small toy boat (max length 18inches) on the pond. A competition for the best boat to be held once a year.
