Now they have catapulted\u00a0 into the modern age with a new on line booking system .<\/p>\n<p>Audiences for the next show, <strong>Gilbert &amp; Sullivan\u2019s comic opera \u201cThe Sorcerer\u201d<\/strong> (Milborne Port Village Hall, April 13-16) can now book using credit or debit cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>\n<p>MPO hopes the new system will be a great improvement on the previous one, which relied on volunteers taking bookings on a mobile phone, with the inevitable poor reception and availability issues.<\/p>\n<p>MPO wants to improve its audience\u2019s experience inside and outside the theatre. They \u00a0hope audiences will find the new internet-based system much easier and simpler. Most entertainments now have on line booking, and people are now very familiar with this way of\u00a0 buying seats.<\/p>\n<p>For those who can\u2019t, or don\u2019t want to use the new system, Milborne Port Opera\u2019s regular outlets Waynes Butchers and the Milborne Port Post Office will continue to sell tickets over the counter.
