So we have done the survey only once and claimed the Amazon voucher (yet to arrive). But there would be nothing to stop me doing this 3 times (or more if the invitations keep coming in), collecting the vouchers and completely skewing the results.<\/p>\n<p>More worryingly still, there is nothing to stop people inside the NHS submitting multiple questionnaires and also skewing the results.<\/p>\n<p>Without proper controls and sampling the results of these surveys are worthless and we should treat them with due suspicion when they are published.<\/p>\n<p>What a waste.
