\"Open<\/a>The Horsington Open at Henstridge Golf Club on Friday 23rd October was an intensly fought competition, with scarcely a hair’s breadth between the main contenders. 42 players took part. A full report will follow shortly, but here are the results:<\/p>\n

Horsington Open 2015\u2013 Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n

1st<\/sup>\u00a0 Tony Brodie\u00a0 22 pts
\n<\/strong>2nd<\/sup><\/strong> John MacDonald 21 pts
\n<\/strong>3rd<\/sup><\/strong> Richard Walker 21pts<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were 5 players with 21 pts, \u00a0and 1 with 20. Results were decided on the \u00a0last 6, and then the last 3 holes.
\nDavid Blake, and Hutch \u00a0Hutch Wright \u00a0also had 21 points, \u00a0Previous winner Chris Dibben \u00a0had 20 points<\/p>\n

Team Prize : <\/strong>There were \u00a03 Teams with 65 points \u2013 Henstridge, The Half Mooners and the Wright Stuff.
\nPrize goes to Henstridge, on the basis of last 6 and then the last 3 holes’ \u00a0performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Putt of the Day Mike Baker <\/strong>putted off green for a birdie (hotly contested by Chris Bailward \u00a0who putted off green having put 2 previous balls in the lake and Tony Brodie who achieved a 24 ft Putt)
