Yes, 44 per cent! After an age of hanging on listening to lift music, I eventually got through to someone.<\/p>\n<p>They were unable to explain any reason for the increase and immediately backed down, settling instead for a more acceptable\u00a0\u00a35 increase on the previous year\u2019s premium.<\/p>\n<p>Are there any honest companies left in this once great trading nation?<br \/>\nMoral: Watch everything, complain like mad.
